Fit Time is a series of short group exercises organized directly at your worksite.
The exercises focus on fast relief of fatigue caused by long-term one-sided work strain, prevention and treatment of back and joint pains, improvement in concentration, mental relaxation and personal growth.
We offer an active approach which has not only a curing effect, but also is a form of prevention. It is suitable to perform these exercises at the beginning of the work shift or after about 3 - 4 hours of working, when tiredness and decreased concentration start to settle in.
These exercises are possible to perform in the office, in the hallway, on the prodution floor or wherever there is sufficient free space and hygienic standards allow it.
