1. What is special about the SpinaliS Chair?The seat moves in all directions and, through this feature, the chair allows for active sitting in the correct position. This way it improves proper body posture through constant movement and positively influences blood circulation and the function of the inner organs. 
2. Why should I use the SpinaliS Chair?Sitting on the chair constantly activates the trunk muscles and by doing so, it decreases the load which is put on the spine and the intervertebral discs. This way of sitting is preventive against spinal pain and its static and dynamic disorders.
3. I have got a strange feeling while sitting on the SpinaliS Chair!That is true. We are used to sitting on an ordinary chair with a static seat, on which we sit with relaxed trunk muscles that lead to an improper body posture and back pains. The main idea of the SpinaliS Chairs is based on the therapeutical characteristics of the FitBall, where the body is forced to keep balance the entire time. At the beginning, sitting on the SpinaliS Chair is little demanding, but after several days, the body adjusts to it very well.
4. Since the muscles are active during the entire day, will I not be even more tired at the end of the day, than when I sit on an ordinary chair?It may seem like that during the first days of using the chair. But it is similar to running a marathon without good physical condition. The body needs to get used to the active sitting. When it finally adjusts to it, sitting on the SpinaliS Chair is easy. Sitting on it for more than eight hours will be comfortable, but what is the most important, your back will not hurt after the whole workday.
5. Is it medically proven, that the SpinaliS chair really works like that?There were clinical tests were performed with the therapeutical FitBall, which is the basic principle for creation of the SpinaliS Chair. All these tests have proven that active sitting is the only possible way for correct sitting. Instability of the seat activates the leg and the trunk muscles, which prevents incorrect positioning of the spine causing pain and functional spinal disorders.
6. How long will it take before I'll get used to the SpinaliS Chair?This depends on the given physical condition of your trunk muscles. Usually, the first adaptation phase takes several hours, the second phase lasts several days up to 2 weeks. During this time, the muscles strengthen and take on the role of spine support. After 2 or 3 days, there may be light pain / tiredness of the muscles (muscle fever), which lasts usually between one to two days. This is a normal reaction of the body to muscular activity and a proof of the fact that so far inactive muscles have taken on their role of supporting the spine. After overcoming this phase, sitting on the SpinaliS Chair is comfortable and healthy.
7. Is this chair suitable for whole-day sitting?This chair is not only suitable for everyone who sits for more than two hours per day. We even recommend this chair. It requires proper body posture while sitting, which is very demanding to achieve on the ordinary chairs with static seats and over a longer period of time, this kind of healthy sitting is even impossible. We recommend the SpinaliS Chair mainly to children and teenagers. Incorrect sitting causes improper body posture and in combination with fast growing during this period, it can cause irreversible changes in the body posture.
8. Why is the SpinaliS Chair more expensive than the other chairs?It is difficult to compare the SpinaliS Chair with ordinary chairs, which do not offer active sitting. We would be comparing the incomparable. It is not possible to buy health, but it is possible to invest in it - and the SpinaliS chair offers this option. The SpinaliS Chair was tested and opinions of thousands of people confirm its value and price. The price is certainly important, but in comparison with the cost of your health, this investment will become reasonable and even low. The price of health is high today and it will not decrease in the future!
9. Who is the producer of the SpinaliS Chair?The SpinaliS Chair is a result of a successful research done in Slovenia and the whole production also takes place there. Tomaž Ham, owner of the HAM d.o.o. Ljubljana, is the holder of the patent. The company produces the chairs in mutual cooperation with subcontractors.
10. Do you recommend the SpinaliS Chair to people who are already diagnosed with a spine disorder?To potential users of the Spinalis Chairs, who already have an injured spine (accident, state after spine surgery and other diagnoses), we always recommend consultation with their doctor. The question for the doctor is: Is it suitable for me to use the FitBall or the SpinaliS Chair for sitting?
11. Where is the headquarters of the FitTeam Company? How will I get there?The FitTeam Company headquarters is in Prauge 10, Na Sychrově 8. What are the payment conditions and what are the prices of your services?Basically, payments for our services are a question of mutual agreement depending on the size and the type of the order. Informative prices are listed by each product. Payments can be done cash or by an invoice. Payments by credit cards are not possible.
